Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an Intermediate Level Structural Engineer for our Fort Worth, TX office to contribute to our Pacific Civil/Structural Substation team. You will assist in planning, analysis, design, and delivery of structural solutions for electrical substation projects in public and private sectors.

You will work with engineers, drafts, and project managers, developing designs for foundations, supports, and control buildings, while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design for electrical substation projects.
• Prepare calculation packages and reports.
• Coordinate with disciplines to ensure design compliance and safety.
