Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami, FL seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.

Candidates with general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance experience and an interest in securitization are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• JD degree required.
• Bar admission to Florida or eligibility to waive into Florida bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in asset-backed securitization transactions.
• Engage in structured lending transactions for issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers or purchasers.
• Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance.
• Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities.
