Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate and senior associate or counsel for its Structured Finance & Securitization team in New York. The role focuses on asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions, including esoteric and innovative deals.

The candidate will represent financial institutions and engage in complex capital markets securitizations, with opportunities to work on whole business and media royalty structures, as well as structured private credit

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in securitization.
• Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers.
• Superior academic credentials; large law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Engage in esoteric capital markets securitization, including whole business and media royalty securitizations.
• Participate in structured private credit facilities.
