Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in Miami, FL. The role focuses on transactions involving CMBS and offers opportunities for meaningful work and career growth.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm, with preference for experience in commercial real estate finance or structured finance, and for AmLaw 100 background. JD from an accredited law school and Florida admission are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as hearings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on legal precedents.
