Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, timber design and applicable codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Proficiency with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, RISA 3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• PE is preferred or obtainable within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform as lead engineer for projects, managing staff quality, budget, and schedule.
• Assist in proposals and marketing materials with defined project scope.
• Establish project scope, budgets, and design approach.
• Meet with clients for preliminary planning and design concepts.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and client expectations.
• Design structural systems for commercial and industrial facilities and prepare reports.
• Produce structural drawings, specifications and study reports.
• Collaborate with mechanical, process, electrical, architectural and civil teams.
• Visit project sites to observe construction progress.
