Job Title : Mid-Level Software Developer

Location : Fort Collins, CO (this position is not remote)

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000

Job Type : Full-Time

Note : We do not sponsor H1B or other work visas at this time. Only U.S. citizens and permanent residents authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship will be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer to join our development team in an ON-SITE position. This is NOT a remote role and requires daily in-office presence. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern .NET technologies. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and .NET 8

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C# code
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server databases
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Mentor junior developers when appropriate

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework (particularly .NET 8)
  • Experience with ASP.NET and web application development
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ASP.NET Core and MVC architecture

  • Experience with web API development and RESTful services
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
