SAP Integration QA Analyst

About the Opportunity

Greyline Talent Partners is supporting a client implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and integrating SAP with Salesforce, PLM, EDI partners, and other enterprise applications.

This is a hands‑on integration testing role, not traditional application, UI, or single‑system QA. We're seeking someone who can independently validate end‑to‑end business processes, investigate integration defects, and work across functional, technical, and business teams to ensure reliable data movement between connected enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end integration test scenarios across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise applications.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution, evidence collection, defect logging, retesting, and validation through resolution.
• Validate Material Master and Business Partner data as it moves between SAP and connected systems.
• Review middleware logs, API logs, message payloads, IDocs, and interface errors to isolate integration issues.
• Investigate and determine whether defects originate in SAP, middleware, source data, or connected applications, and communicate findings clearly to functional and technical teams.
• Partner with SAP functional consultants, integration developers, business users, and project leadership throughout testing.
• Support regression testing, cutover readiness, data validation, and production go‑live activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2–3 years performing hands‑on SAP or ERP integration testing.
• Demonstrated experience testing integrations across multiple connected enterprise systems—not solely functional, application, or UI testing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Material Master and/or Business Partner master data.
• Experience owning SIT and UAT activities, including test script creation, execution, defect management, and retesting through resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to independently investigate integration issues using middleware logs, APIs, IDocs, message payloads, or similar technical artifacts.
• Strong written communication and defect documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, including message monitoring, payload analysis, interface troubleshooting, and message reprocessing.
• Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, PLM, WMS, CRM, e‑commerce, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or similar API testing tools.
• Experience supporting regression testing, cutover readiness, and enterprise go‑live activities.
• Initial 6+ month contract with potential extension.
• 1099 independent contractor or candidate‑owned single‑member LLC.
• No third‑party companies or corp‑to‑corp arrangements.
