Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) in Maryland is seeking a Mid Level Test Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge development programs and test new solutions. You will innovate testing for RF signal processing applications and support test analytics, visualization, and discovery tools.

The role requires managing tests across hardware variants, coordinating with government sponsors, and ensuring test readiness and compliance planning as part of T&E activities.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Test Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cutting edge development programs and test new solutions.
• Innovate testing for RF signal processing applications.
• Test analytics, visualization and discovery tools.
• Evaluate the integration of new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors.
• Assess operational system performance requirements for testability and criticality to frame and prioritize Test & Evaluation (T&E) objectives and enable evaluation planning.
• Review planned acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment with decision maker needs for T&E support.
