Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years+ experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

In this role, the candidate will work closely alongside the practice’s Chambers-ranked partners on acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. The commercial practice has national reach and an mix of complex transactional matter dealing with a range of clients including national and regional developers, REITs, equity investors, owners and operators.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a collegial atmosphere that provides hands on experience in a broad spectrum of challenging matters.

The Candidate

Experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with at least 3 years experience
Experience dealing with acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted in the District of Columbia
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
