Job description

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team-centric environment where you will work collaboratively with your team to develop projects from concept design through construction administration
• Work efficiently to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Produce design drawings and construction documents
• Prepare presentation graphics and materials
• Participate in client meetings and design presentations
• Travel to project sites to measure and sketch existing conditions

Qualifications

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
• 3 years minimum of work experience at an architectural firm specialized in residential projects (multifamily or single family)
• Basic understanding of architectural design and construction fundamentals
• Technical proficiency utilizing Revit for working drawings
• Experience in developing 3D conceptual models using SketchUp
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and graphic skills
• Ability to problem solve, have attention to detail, and be motivated to learn
• Collaborative and team-conscious work ethic
• Ability to work safely while field measuring existing homes and on construction sites
