Job summary

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems. The role spans analysis across engineering, business, and program management, plus development of acquisition docs and risk management.

Travel up to 25%, Secret clearance, and a benefits package including 401K, health, dental and tuition reimbursement accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three to six years of related experience.
• Mid-level knowledge of DoD acquisition program analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support in disciplines including engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management; analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products.
• Develop and/or review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Draft Automated Message Handling System Naval Messages and correspondence.
• Conduct risk identification, develop risk mitigation strategies, and report and track risks in accordance with the program’s Risk Management Plan.
• Support risk management efforts by addressing action items; preparing agenda, presentation materials, and meeting minutes; participating in risk management meetings; populating data in risk tracking databases.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation and schedule risk assessment; develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Develop and deliver IMS Reports, including 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports, and Milestone snapshots.
• Provide input and admin support to briefs and presentations; coordinate meetings.
• Update program Fact Books with new information.
• Develop, update, and maintain the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center classified SharePoint site.
• Manage program data in government repositories and tools; post documentation; support reviews; extract data; generate reports.
• Develop and submit Trip Reports for events with travel.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years related experience
