Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking a Middle Product Designer focused on Design Systems to own and evolve our design tokens, components and multi-brand theming across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with frontend teams, researchers and product managers to ensure WCAG AA accessibility, usable patterns, and scalable design ecosystems. Strong Figma and Storybook skills are essential, along with production system experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 1 year building a production design system used by multiple teams.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma, including advanced component architecture, tokens, and multi-brand theming.
• Strong technical literacy to discuss HTML/CSS/JSX with front-end developers and review implementation.
• Knowledge of responsive design across breakpoints and WCAG AA accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core design system, tokens, components, and theming across web and mobile apps.
• Audit libraries, manage versioning, and plan deprecations to reduce design debt.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure code matches design specifications (Storybook, etc.).
• Guide adoption through onboarding, reviews, and governance of design patterns and usage guidelines.
