We seek a full-time, self-motivated Mid-Level Provider for our offices in the Greater Atlanta Area (Lawrenceville, Snellville, Decatur, and Hillandale), dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional patient care.

Job Description Summary:

Under the supervision of a licensed physician, provide direct patient care in a clinic setting focusing on interventional pain management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Providers with follow-up patient visits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations; educate patients on wellness and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with Providers to determine the best course of treatment for patients.
• Follow all compliance protocols and ensure attention to detail in patient care and management.
• Adapt to a growing, dynamic organization and navigate change effectively.
• This position requires travel throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform other medical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice in Georgia.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Personable and confident in patient interactions.
• Previous experience in pain management or related fields is preferred.
• Must be able to commute to assigned clinic locations.
