We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Mid-level Provider for our offices in the Northeastern Greater Atlanta Area (Braselton, Athens, Commerce) who is passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care.

Job Description Summary:

Under the general supervision of a licensed physician, provide direct patient care in a clinic setting with a focus on interventional pain management.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Providers with follow-up patient visits at respective clinics while maintaining timely documentation.
2. Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations; educate patients on wellness and health maintenance.
3. Collaborate with Providers to determine the best course of medical treatment for SSJC patients.
4. Follow all compliance protocols and pay attention to details related to patient care and management.
5. Work comfortably in a growing, dynamic organization and adapt to change.
6. This position requires travel throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
7. Maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform other medical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Active license to practice in Georgia.
2. BLS and ACLS certification required.
3. Familiarity with medical tools and equipment.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Personable and confident in providing exceptional patient care.
8. Previous experience in pain management or related medical fields (preferred).
9. Must commute to assigned clinic locations.
