Virtuous Health Centers in Show Low, AZ seeks an experienced mid-level provider (NP/PA) to join our interventional pain management team. You will evaluate and manage patients with chronic and acute pain, order procedures, and coordinate care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA licensure in Arizona.
• 2+ years in pain management, anesthesia, or related field preferred.
• DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
• Experience with interventional pain procedures is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain.
• Order interventional pain management procedures and relevant diagnostics.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history and physical exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and labs for pain management.
• Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on pain management options and expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
