Global Dimensions, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor in Reston, VA to develop and deliver OSINT training, design curricula, and implement new TTPs. You will lead sessions, create e-learning content, and collaborate with government personnel to ensure training aligns with mission needs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in training instruction and OSINT, a TS/SCI clearance, and strong written and verbal communication skills to support government customers and analysts.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in training instruction and curriculum development.
• Experience with All-Source and/or OSINT.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to polygraph.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work with government customers and SMEs.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor to join our dynamic team in Reston, VA and support our government customer in advancing innovation, efficiency, and security across the evolving government mission and information technology landscape.

The Mid-Level OSINT Training Instructor will play a key role in developing, organizing, and delivering Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) training programs. The successful candidate will support the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, design specialized curricula and e-learning content, implement new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and provide expert instruction to students.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, organize, and maintain OSINT training materials and instructional resources.
• Manage training logistics, including documenting attendance and supporting other instructional and administrative requirements.
• Design and develop curricula for specialized OSINT training programs.
• Develop engaging e-learning content, instructional materials, exercises, and training assessments.
• Support the development and oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training programs.
• Identify and incorporate emerging OSINT TTPs, methodologies, technologies, and best practices into training curricula.
• Lead instructional sessions and provide expert guidance on OSINT tradecraft, collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production.
• Adapt instructional approaches and training materials to meet evolving mission and customer requirements.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning objectives and tradecraft proficiency.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, subject matter experts, analysts, collectors, and other stakeholders to ensure training remains relevant and aligned with mission requirements.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and must be able to obtain a polygraph.
• Polygraph must have been completed within the last 10% of the required experience period.
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience is required.
• All-Source experience with OSINT training and tradecraft, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience is required.
• Eight (8) years of experience conducting training instruction and curriculum development, combined with All-Source and/or OSINT experience, with at least a portion of the experience obtained within the last two (2) years.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and instructional materials.
• Strong knowledge of OSINT tradecraft, methodologies, collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Government customers, subject matter experts, and mission-focused teams.

Desired Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field is desired.
• OSINT training certifications from recognized commercial or government organizations are highly desirable.
• Language certification is a plus.
• Experience developing and delivering advanced OSINT tradecraft training.
• Experience developing e-learning content and technology-enabled training solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging OSINT tools, technologies, methodologies, and TTPs.
