Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level or senior level associate for our Energy & Infrastructure group. Candidates will be considered for the New York, Washington, D.C., or San Francisco office. This associate will work on deals in the Energy & Infrastructure space, with a focus on energy regulatory work. Candidates should have familiarity with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission(“FERC”), state public utility commission(“PUC”) regulation, tariffs, interconnection issues, and data center power supply structures. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience working on regulatory law in the energy and infrastructure deal space, be admitted to the New York, D.C., or California bar, and have excellent credentials.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
