The People Of: Professional Services in Washington, DC seeks a mid-level Corporate Associate with 3-5 years PQE to join its busy M&A, joint ventures, and equity finance practice. This is a partnership-track opportunity with substantial client contact and meaningful deal responsibility.

You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, coordinate with tax, IP, employment, and regulatory teams, and provide strategic commercial advice to clients across a range of industries.

Formación

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in corporate law or comparable practice.
• Partnership-track opportunity with substantial client contact and deal responsibility.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and coordination skills across teams.
