Job Overview:

A leading national law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its dynamic litigation team. This role involves handling complex litigation matters, with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device cases involving Daubert and Rule 702 motions. The position offers significant client interaction, mentoring opportunities, and ownership of substantive aspects of litigation.

Location:

Duties:

1. Draft and review discovery responses, motions, briefs, and memoranda
2. Communicate with clients and provide case updates
3. Assist with factual investigations and depositions
4. Collaborate with expert witnesses across various scientific and technical fields
5. Supervise and mentor junior associates
6. Develop case strategy and manage case flow

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions
• Familiarity with product liability and mass tort litigation
• Prior work at an AmLaw 100 or similarly ranked law firm preferred

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; New York bar admission preferred
