Job summary

LIS Solutions in Reston, VA is seeking a Mid Level Language Enabled OSINT Collector to conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources, identify patterns, and draft intelligence requirements.

You will create collection plans, draft OSIRs, support analytic production, contribute to OSIR quality reviews, provide language-based insights, and ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI polygraph prior to start.
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.
• Intelligence Community experience required.
• 8+ years OSINT collection, research, analysis and reporting experience (including recent years).
• Language-enabled in Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Arabic as required.
• Must pass English competency tests (ILR) or TOEFL for non-native speakers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TSSCI clearance with ability to pass a CI poly administered by the customer prior to start
• Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education
• Intelligence Community Experience required
• Must have 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection research and analysis and reporting with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Must be language enabled Chinese Russian Spanish Arabic OR as required
• Must be able to pass within 12 months and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test
• English comprehension must Read and Listen at a 3 level and Write at a 3 or higher on the ILR scale
• Contract staff non native must pass an English competency test eg Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or Government offerings desired
