Job summary

The Bison Group in Reston, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector responsible for conducting OSINT collection using MAS and drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs). The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, be language-enabled in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, or others, and hold an active TS/SCI with poly.

This role supports national security objectives directly and requires strong commitment and expertise in the intelligence community. Benefits include insurance options and accrued PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis.
• Active TS/SCI with poly required prior to start.
• English comprehension at a 3+ level on the ILR scale.

Responsibilities

• Conducts OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools.
• Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs).
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
