This position involves a blend of complex litigation and advisory work across employment, workplace policies, and labor relations. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in employment disputes and wage & hour actions, along with the capacity to handle nuanced client counseling and transactional labor matters.

Duties:

1. Represent clients in wage & hour class actions and PAGA claims
2. Handle single-plaintiff disputes involving harassment, retaliation, or discrimination
3. Draft, revise, and interpret employment documents including policies, agreements, and separation terms
4. Advise on employment-related implications of corporate deals such as mergers or acquisitions
5. Collaborate with senior attorneys on labor relations matters and workplace compliance issues
6. Provide support in litigation strategy, discovery, and court proceedings
7. Maintain client-facing responsibilities with increasing autonomy
8. Stay current with federal and California employment regulations

Requirements:

1. 4-7 years of relevant legal practice in employment litigation and advisory services
2. Demonstrated experience with class/PAGA actions and workplace claims
3. Prior exposure to traditional labor law is advantageous but not mandatory
