Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a mid-level trademark and copyright associate to join our IP team in multiple offices, including Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Columbus, and other locations. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution, and transactional work, with IP litigation experience a bonus.

A license to practice in the relevant state is required. We offer competitive salary and benefits with bonus potential up to $45,000+.

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid-level trademark and copyright Associate in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; and Lexington and Louisville, KY. Interest in other Dinsmore office locations will be considered. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work, with trademark and copyright litigation experience a bonus. A technical background is not required. IP litigation experience will be considered. All candidates should be licensed to practice in their state of practice, have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
