Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a mid-level trademark and copyright associate to join our IP team in multiple offices, including Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Columbus, and other locations. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution, and transactional work, with IP litigation experience a bonus.

A license to practice in the relevant state is required. We offer competitive salary and benefits with bonus potential up to $45,000+.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work.
• IP litigation experience is a bonus.
• Must be licensed to practice in the relevant state.
