Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution's Dallas office seeks a mid level Healthcare Litigation Associate to handle healthcare-focused commercial litigation, managed care disputes, and related complex business cases. You will work directly with partners, draft pleadings, and contribute to case strategy from day one.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong writing and analytical skill set, and a demonstrated interest in healthcare disputes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation or dispute resolution experience
• Healthcare or managed care litigation background preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare focused commercial litigation, including managed care disputes and related complex business cases
• Support defense of False Claims Act matters and government investigations for healthcare sector clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and research memoranda for high-stakes litigation
• Participate in discovery, witness preparation, hearings and other key case management stages
• Work directly with partners and clients, taking ownership and contributing to business development
