Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution's Dallas office seeks a mid level Healthcare Litigation Associate to handle healthcare-focused commercial litigation, managed care disputes, and related complex business cases. You will work directly with partners, draft pleadings, and contribute to case strategy from day one.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong writing and analytical skill set, and a demonstrated interest in healthcare disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare focused commercial litigation, including managed care disputes and related complex business cases

• Participate in discovery, witness preparation, hearings and other key case management stages
• Work directly with partners and clients, taking ownership and contributing to business development

The Role

• Handle healthcare focused commercial litigation, including managed care disputes and related complex business cases
• Support defense of False Claims Act matters and government investigations for major healthcare sector clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and substantive research memoranda in high stakes litigation
• Participate in discovery, witness preparation, hearings and other key stages of case management
• Work directly with partners and clients, taking increasing ownership and contributing to business development initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Healthcare Litigation Associate with:

• 2 to 5 years of litigation or dispute resolution experience at a sophisticated practice
• Background in healthcare or managed care litigation strongly preferred and a clear interest in healthcare disputes
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills suited to complex motion practice and briefing
• License to practice law in the United States with no specific bar state required
