Job summary

Kevuru Games is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple game art and development projects from kickoff to final delivery. You will be the primary client contact, gather requirements, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

This role offers fully remote work with a flexible schedule and opportunities to work with international studios.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PM experience in game development or art outsourcing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with international clients.
• Strong understanding of game production pipelines (3D, 2D, Animation, UE5/Unity).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello or similar tools.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and resource allocation skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure in ambiguous situations.
• Leadership experience guiding creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple game art and development projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact: gather requirements, manage expectations, ensure satisfaction.
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, milestones; track progress and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams of artists, developers, QA, and specialists.
• Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and retrospectives with clients and internal teams.
• Identify scope changes, negotiate adjustments, and manage change requests.
• Ensure delivery quality by reviewing deliverables before client submission.
• Collaborate with Account Management and BD teams to support upsells and renewals.
• Improve internal processes, templates, and workflows for efficiency.
• Mentor mid-level PMs and contribute to building the PM function.
