Job summary

NOREAS, Inc. seeks a mid-level Geologist for its San Diego, CA office. The role focuses on environmental investigation and remediation with 3–7 years of relevant experience. Local field work and travel are required.

The candidate should hold a BS in Geology, with MS preferred, and be prepared for field task supervision across drilling and sampling activities in a federal-contract oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Geology/Geological Sciences from an accredited university.
• California PG or GIT preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
• 3 to 7 years of environmental investigation and remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field task manager for drilling, soil sampling, and groundwater work.
• Install soil vapor probes and oversee remediation system operations.
• Prepare work plans and reports; assist with proposals and cost estimates.
