We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized Mid-Level Exhibition Manager to lead planning and execution of NAVSEA’s presence at key industry symposiums and trade events. In this role, you will act as the command’s representative for all matters related to event coordination—from booth design to logistical execution—ensuring professional and mission-aligned representation of the Navy’s goals and messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as NAVSEA’s primary coordinator for all exhibit-related activities at symposiums and trade events.
• Oversee the planning, design, and development of display booths in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage acquisition of support products and services (e.g., displays, furnishings, shipping, audiovisual equipment).
• Ensure timely and efficient setup and teardown of NAVSEA exhibits at events.
• Collaborate closely with government representatives to ensure branding and messaging align with Navy communications objectives.
• Maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and logistics plans to support successful event execution.

Qualifications:

• At least four (4) years of relevant experience in convention or event management.
• A bachelor’s degree in Convention Management or a related field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and vendors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating exhibits within federal government or Department of Defense environments.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency with tools for project tracking, event management, and visual planning.
