• Contact subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
• Contribute to key estimating deliverables and support conceptual estimating efforts.
• Develop budgets and purchasing plans with minimal senior staff oversight.
• Coordinate flow of documents during estimate preparation.
• Provide administrative logging of estimates.
• Perform additional duties as required.
