Overview

• Candidates should have specific experience in privacy and product compliance and counseling, tech and data transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, AdTech, digital media and advertising transactions, and data breach counseling.
• Strong candidates will also have experience developing internal data protection programs, conducting privacy assessments and building out data maps, performing data protection impact assessments, drafting privacy policies, negotiating data processing agreements, managing data incident response, and advising on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, including AI, AdTech, health data, biometric data, and/or kids and teen data.
• Familiarity with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal and regulatory matters is required.
• The role involves working independently on complex privacy projects and investigations, offers significant client contact, and provides opportunities to contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously, often across jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
