Job Summary

We are searching for a Mid‑Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The role will involve leading the design and analysis of electrical systems, mentoring junior MEP engineers, supporting proposal efforts, and working on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze electrical systems for a variety of projects.
• Mentor junior‑level MEP engineers and provide technical training.
• Support proposal development and client interfacing.
• Prepare concept plans to construction documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure project delivery.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related MEP design engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Experience on federal projects (preferred).
• Experience mentoring and training employees.
• Proven leadership of projects, support of proposal efforts, and client interfacing.
• PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans to obtain a PE license in the near future.
• Ability to work well within a team, demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high‑quality work.
• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
