Job summary

INNOVIM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer to join our team to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract. You will design, implement, and maintain complex systems that integrate with Government infrastructure, with a Kubernetes-based platform using AKS, AWS ECS, and OpenShift.

The position is on-site at Schriever Space Force Base or Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, AL). Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

Must have 12+ years of general (full-time) work experience.
Must have 6+ years of directly related experience in system integration with a focus on DevSecOps or Kubernetes.
Must have 1+ year of experience in a management or leadership role.
Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Red Hat OpenShift.
Must have experience with Coder Platform.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain complex cloud and containerization systems.
Oversee migration and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Bash).
Develop cloud-based integration solutions that meet Government requirements.
Collaborate with software developers, network engineers and stakeholders for seamless integration.
Deploy and maintain cloud application databases and comprehensive documentation.
