Qualifications

• Five + years experience of management analysis, preferably in a military or defense environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills on a DoD service contract.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments.
• Support senior program managers in tracking performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables.
• Provide administrative and management planning support.
• Train and mentor new personnel on SOP as needed.
