Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services, a global law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Delaware practice.

The successful candidate will handle transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters for Delaware corporations, partnerships, and LLCs, including mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong academic credentials, Delaware Bar admission, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in transactional and corporate governance matters.
• Experience with Delaware entities (corporations, partnerships, LLCs).
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills.
• Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance, fiduciary matters, and compliance issues.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and investment fund transactions.
• Work on joint ventures, debt and equity financing transactions.
• Provide strategic advice on the formation and management of Delaware corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Communicate complex matters effectively in both oral and written form.
