Duties
  • Represent healthcare clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
  • Guide clients through entity formation, governance, and organizational strategies
  • Collaborate with internal practice groups and external advisors to execute complex deals
  • Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and regulatory analysis
  • Maintain communication with clients and support relationship-building
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and participate in firm-wide training
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry transactions is strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage deal responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Effective teamwork and ability to work under tight deadlines
Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials required
Certifications
  • Active bar admission in the state where the office is located
