I’m currently working with a highly respected, national law firm that is actively seeking an experienced Transactions Associate to join their Health Transactions Practice Group in Denver, Colorado. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top-tier health care clients and contribute meaningfully to the elevation of the health care system, while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Advise senior management and boards on corporate governance, best practices, and legal compliance.
• Counsel clients on federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations.
• Provide legal guidance on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• Deliver day-to-day legal support across operations for hospital systems, physician groups, and other healthcare entities.
• Collaborate with a multi-state team of transactional attorneys serving clients nationwide.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado.
• 3+ years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare or corporate law.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

The Firm is Offering:

• Competitive base salary of $175K to $210K, depending on experience.
• Annual bonus opportunities and firm-sponsored CLE, licensing reimbursement, and attorney retreats.
