What sets this role apart is its focus on front-end, strategic work. You won’t just be responding to lawsuits—you’ll be helping clients avoid them. A large part of the practice involves pre-suit counseling: working with design-build and construction clients on change order requests, identifying potential risks, and building the legal and technical framework to support or resolve claims before they escalate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Admission to the Colorado Bar (or willingness to become admitted)

• 3+ years of litigation experience (construction background is a plus but not required)

• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

COMPENSATION

The good faith salary range for candidates within the posted experience range is $150,000 – $190,000.
