Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami seeks a mid-level associate for its Digital Infrastructure practice. The role supports complex digital infrastructure matters globally, including data-center development, colocation, hyperscaler lease arrangements, fiber network development, and related transactions.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, assist in financing and purchase and sale transactions, and contribute to practice development. A law degree and US bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions or telecom infrastructure development.
• Experience in data center leasing and development preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in digital infrastructure practice development.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad spectrum of digital infrastructure matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Engage in development and commercialization of fiber networks.
• Handle operational agreements related to infrastructure assets.
• Participate in financing and purchase and sale transactions.
