Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage invoices, change orders, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and send invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders.
• Process payables and staff reimbursements accurately per policy.
• Record cash receipts, revenue, and receivables and prepare statements.
• Maintain filing system and internal controls over transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and reporting.
• Collaborate to improve financial processes and procedures.
