Overview

A mid-level corporate associate role in a well-established Am Law 200 firm in New York City. The associate will join a high-performing transactional team advising clients on entity formation, governance, commercial agreements, M&A, risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues.

Responsibilities

• Commercial agreements and shareholder/operating agreements
• Mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings
• Risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues

Qualifications
