Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with part of it in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Substantive review of analytic content, verify facts, and edit for clear publication.
• Verify accuracy of statements, figures, illustrations, and terms.
• Edit for adherence to ICD 200-series analytic standards.
• Serve as SME for doctrine development and governance documents.
• Research, conceptualize, analyze, integrate, document, and publish products.
• Draft and compile chapters for scheduled publications.
• Advise and conduct surveys and analysis to inform doctrine.
• Review documents for grammar, structure, and completeness.
• Produce analytical and progress reports.
• Create analytical products to support Joint Planning and Doctrine publications.
