• 3+ years of general full-time work experience; may be reduced with advanced education.
• 2+ years of directly related Configuration Management experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of artifacts to maintain as-built models and drawings.
• Use Helix ticketing system for ongoing tasks and tracking.
• Create and maintain MBSE drawings or models with Visio/MBSE tools.
• Help transition from Visio to an MBSE environment.

Description of Duties:

The Mid-Level Configuration Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) The candidate will:

Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for all ITSD technical areas.

Use the BMC Helix™ ticketing system for working tasks

Use Visio or MBSE tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models.

Help create and maintain an MBSE program to transition from Visio diagrams to an MBSE environment.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have 3, or more, years of general (full-time) work experienceMay be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 2, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoW Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Have experience using Helix™ ticketing system
• Have experience working with Configuration Management
• Have experience maintaining baselined drawings and other CM artifacts
• Have a current DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II certification such as Security+
• Have an ITIL certification such as ITIL Foundations
• Have experience with an MBSE tool such as Cameo Security Clearance Required: Eligible
