Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in complex business litigation.
• Experience at a top law firm with a nationally recognized litigation practice preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred, especially in federal district or appellate courts.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters involving breach of contract, bankruptcy, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, securities, regulatory investigations, or other high-stakes business litigation in state and federal courts.
• Manage all phases of complex litigation, including factual development, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate large-scale document discovery and work with eDiscovery issues.
