Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Prepare for and take depositions, briefing, and arguing dispositive and discovery motions.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel and manage deadlines.
• Contribute as part of a litigation team in the Austin office.
