LeoForce, a national full-service law firm based in Pittsburgh, seeks a mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney for a hybrid remote role. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial disputes across industries and serve clients with rigor and strategic insight.

You will lead litigation from inception through trial and settlement, draft and argue motions, take depositions, oversee discovery, and develop case strategies with partners. Requires PA bar admission and 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Bar admission and federal court experience required.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation matters from inception through trial and/or settlement.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and experts for testimony.
• Conduct and oversee discovery, including e-discovery, document review, and production.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
