The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class action, with substantial experience in state and federal courts. Duties

  • Independently conduct legal research and draft detailed pleadings and motions.
  • Manage discovery processes, including electronic discovery.
  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
  • Represent clients in hearings and depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy and client management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior attorneys and paralegals.
  • Work with clients to provide exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class actions.
  • Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting motions/pleadings.
  • Experience in organizing and conducting discovery, including e-discovery.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible to sit for the Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
