Duties
- Independently conduct legal research and draft detailed pleadings and motions.
- Manage discovery processes, including electronic discovery.
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Represent clients in hearings and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy and client management.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior attorneys and paralegals.
- Work with clients to provide exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, multi-district litigation, or class actions.
- Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting motions/pleadings.
- Experience in organizing and conducting discovery, including e-discovery.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligible to sit for the Bar.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to sit for the Bar.
