Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Raw Material Supply, Packaging Supply, Equipment Lease and Purchase, and Product Sale Agreements.
• Provide counsel on contract law and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams on client projects.
• Engage in diversity, equity, inclusion, and pro bono initiatives.
• Maintain professional service to clients and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial contracts and supply chain agreements.
• Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Experience with clients in consumer goods or products preferred.
• Strong client service, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications: Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
