You will apply a strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to complex real estate and construction projects, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to Owner's Project Management, construction management, or design is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand scheduling, budgeting, and procurement/bidding fundamentals.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Interact professionally with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) is preferred.
