The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active Washington bar admission, 4–6 years in commercial litigation, strong drafting, discovery and motion practice, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing, or the ability to waive in.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.
• Litigation experience in drafting, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.
• Consumer, product liability and/or employment class actions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.
• Excellent writing, research and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of consumer and wage and hour class actions in State and Federal Courts.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes.
